PixelScrapper Commercial Use Blog Train – “Cozy Winter”

Welcome to the December 2016 CU blog train! This month’s theme is “Cozy Winter”, and some of the ladies have made papers, bows, rosettes, mittens, and snowflakes for you to add to your designer stash. I’ve chosen to bring you a couple of winter staples: first up is a nice big mug with liquid and marshmallows in it (decorated with a polar bear in the snow). You could certainly make it be full of coffee or tea if you wish, or decorated differently; I chose cocoa as that’s what my mug is usually filled with if it’s chilly outside!

The second is a multi-layered snowman who’s all decked out with a vest, scarf, stocking cap, earmuffs, mittens, shoes, and a broom. The stripes are separate layers, so you can make his scarf and hat solid colors if you choose. You can move his arms around as well, so if you want to make him hold a book or be skating with arms wide, you have the option. Or skip the arms I drew and go with the classic twigs; it’s all up to you how your snowman looks!

I hope you have as much fun with them as I had creating them! And since it’s that time of year, have a wonderful Christmas, or Yule, or Chanukah, or Kwanzaa, filled with light, love, and laughter!
