I assigned a little designer challenge over at Pixel Scrapper a couple of weeks ago, based on the old riddle about a newspaper. I limited the designers’ palettes to black, white, newsprint patterns, a green, 1-2 pop colors, and their choice of a neutral gray or neutral brown, whichever works better with their pop colors. It’s still enough to do a kit, but not so large as to be overwhelming for a newer designer.
While discussing it with some of the other ladies, I realized that I wanted to make mine coordinate with my “In the Pocket” blog train kit from March 2017, so that while it CAN stand on its own as a minikit, it’s also a useful extension to a kit that I loved designing and use frequently in my own everyday scrapping. (If you don’t already have it, it’s still available over here.)
Anyway, I’ve got 6 papers and about 15 more elements for you, plus a few word strips. I hope you have as much fun using this one as I had making it!
